About us
BlackpointAI is a UK-based training and consultancy company helping teams in the UK, Ireland and internationally get real, everyday value from Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
We teach with real tasks, real documents and practice files, so people leave able to use what they learned the next day.
AI is a capable assistant, not a replacement for judgement. We build checking and review into every course.
We adapt standard courses to your tools and industry, and design bespoke training when nothing off the shelf fits.
We are an independent company, so our recommendations are shaped by what suits your team.
On-site in the UK, Ireland and internationally, or live online for teams anywhere.
AI tools change quickly. We keep our courses current so your team learns how the tools work today.
Book a free discovery call. We'll talk through your team, your tools and what you want to achieve, then recommend the right course or design a bespoke one.
